The building’s heating, ventilation and air conditioning services operate automatically as per your lease.
Additional heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC), can be provided to any tenant requesting such services prior to 3:00 p.m. on a previous business day. Your firm will be invoiced for supplemental HVAC at the current rate.
